3. Credit Terms & Conditions

Payment Terms: All accounts are payable within 30 days from the date of invoice, unless otherwise agreed in writing by Fresh Juice NZ Limited – T/A Frankly Fresh Group NZ ("the Supplier").
Overdue Accounts & Late Payment Charges: Interest will be charged at 2.5% per month on overdue balances.
Credit Limit: The Supplier may assign or vary a credit limit at its discretion.
Personal Guarantee (if applicable): Where the Customer is a company or trust, the directors/trustees personally guarantee payment of all amounts due.
Privacy Consent: The Customer authorises the Supplier to obtain credit information from credit reporting agencies.
Variation: The Supplier reserves the right to vary these terms at any time by providing written notice.
Jurisdiction: This agreement is governed by the laws of New Zealand.
Future Payment Methods: The Customer acknowledges that the Supplier will introduce direct debit payment options in the future.
